FAQ
When can I expect to start seeing results?
Everyone’s body is different, but many customers begin noticing changes within 3–7 days, particularly in intimate moisture and comfort. For best results, we recommend consistent daily use for around 6 weeks or until the bottles are finished, to allow time for the body to adapt and respond.
Can I take Lust and Flow together?
While the two supplements are complimentary, we do recommend taking them at least 3 hours apart to ensure optimal efficacy.
Do Lust or Flow have estrogen mimicking effects?
No. Neither Lust nor Flow contains estrogen, phytoestrogens, or ingredients that mimic estrogen. While both formulas include maca, maca is not estrogenic — it does not raise estrogen levels or act like estrogen in the body. Instead, maca works as an adaptogen, supporting the body’s natural hormonal balance by helping the endocrine system regulate itself. This means Lust and Flow are hormone-free and suitable for those who are avoiding estrogen, including many women in perimenopause and menopause.
Are these suitable to take with other medications?
Lust and Flow are made with natural, hormone-free ingredients and are generally well tolerated. However, if you are currently taking prescription medications, are under medical supervision, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, we always recommend checking with your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. This helps ensure the products are appropriate for your individual needs and won’t interfere with your existing treatment.
