This stuff really is life changing. 🫶🏼
I haven’t had thrush or had to feel conscious of any smells down there since using them.
If you use one directly after sex it really helps from your PH getting all messed up.
I do feel though if you have any tiny abrasions inside or use them in excess it can cause a discomfort or light spotting so be mindful of this 🫶🏼
