FAQ
What's the deal with Boric Acid?
Boric Acid is a white powder derived from sea water that's an absolute champ at maintaining a healthy vaginal pH balance. This trusty hero has been in the game for over a century, supporting vaginal health and hygiene.
Does "acid" mean it's dangerous?
Acid isn't always a bad guy! There are a multitude of acids with varying levels of pH, which measures acidity. Many are "weak acids", so they're actually quite safe - think coffee, vinegar, or lemons. In the same vein, boric acid is a very mild acid with a host of health and wellness applications. Our Ease Suppository is crafted by a medical professional and contains pharmaceutical-grade boric acid, produced according to Australian GMP standards. So you can use it confidently as directed!
How do I use the Ease Suppositories?
Ease is a vaginal suppository, not an oral tablet. After ensuring your hands are clean, gently insert an Ease capsule using the provided applicator or your finger, pushing it as high up as it will go. Go to bed and within a few hours, the capsule will dissolve and start working its magic. Discharge after treatment is normal, so wear a pad or period undies during and after treatment.
How often should I use Ease?
For effective relief from odour, itching or discomfort, we recommend treating yourself to one suppository nightly for a maximum of 3 consecutive days. Just remember to put intimacy on hold for a while — both intercourse and oral are off the menu during this period and for 24-48 hours after treatment to ensure all traces of boric acid have been flushed from the vagina.
Can I take Ease orally?
No. Ease is specifically designed as a vaginal suppository and should only be inserted into the vagina. Important Notice: If Ease is accidentally swallowed, please seek medical assistance immediately. Your safety is paramount to us. Please remember, this product is for vaginal use only.
Can I use Ease Suppository while on my period?
We advise waiting until the end (or near the end) of your period before starting use.
