Is PURR Arousal Oil compatible with toys and latex condoms?
PURR's formula is oil based so is not suitable for use with latex condoms. It can be used with silicone toys as long as the toys are properly cleaned afterwards of oily residue.
Is PURR Arousal Oil safe to use when pregnant, breastfeeding or while trying to conceive?
PURR Arousal Oil contains natural botanical extracts, including Damiana and Clary Sage. While believed to be safe for topical use during conception, the effects of these herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding haven’t been well studied. Some sources suggest Damiana may have mild uterine stimulant properties, which could pose a risk during pregnancy. Due to its potential hormonal effects, it may be best to avoid topical use of damiana while breastfeeding, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare provider. Clary sage is often used in natural labor induction because it can stimulate oxytocin production, which may lead to uterine contractions. This makes it generally unsafe for use during pregnancy, especially in the first and second trimesters. Some lactation experts suggest Clary Sage may alter milk supply, so it’s best to consult a healthcare provider before use.

PURR is lickable, kissable and smells like warm hug, but we don't recommend drinking it.
What is the pH level of PURR Arousal Oil?
PURR has a pH level of between 4.1-4.5, matched to that of a typical vagina.
What is the shelf life and expiry date?
PURR Arousal Oil has a 3 year shelf life, and a 24 month expiry date once opened as its all natural formulation is free from harsh preservatives.
