How often should I take Fem?

If you are dealing with an existing infection, or for those prone to recurring infections, we recommend taking two capsules of Fem per day. Once symptoms improve the dosage can be reduced to one per day until the bottle is finished..
Can I take Fem and Ease together?

Yes absolutely, in fact we recommend it, especially if you’re trying to get on top of a recurring infection. Ease is designed to address any existing infections at the source while Fem works on a gut level to fight thrush and BV, and restore a healthy vaginal microbiome.
How do I use Ease?

Ease is a vaginal suppository, not an oral tablet. After ensuring your hands are clean, gently insert an Ease capsule using the provided applicator or your finger, pushing it as high up as it will go. Go to bed and within a few hours, the capsule will dissolve and start working its magic. Discharge after treatment is normal, so wear a pad or period undies during and after treatment.
How often should I use Ease?

For effective relief from an active infection like BV or thrush, we recommend treating yourself to one pessary nightly for a maximum of 3 consecutive days or until symptoms cease. Just remember to put intimacy on hold for a while — both intercourse and oral are off the menu during this period and for 24-48 hours after treatment to ensure all traces of boric acid have been flushed from the vagina.
How long should I wait to have intercourse after using Ease?

We recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours after treatment to ensure all traces of boric acid have been flushed from the vagina to prevent unnessecary friction and microtears. It's also important to ensure any infections have been fully cleared up as both thrush and BV can be passed from partner to partner.

I had recently had to contend with bv. After treating it with pharmaceutical gel and it recurring almost immediately after treatment finished, I started researching. It became clear that this was a common thing, and being peri, even more likely moving forward. This was unacceptable to my sex life. So, I read lots of stuff and having used other Bawdee products, that I really enjoyed, this bundle made sense to me. Fem had that bit extra that other women's vag probiotics didn't have, the cranberry and pineapple. This appealed because that's fewer supplements I have to buy and take. The Ease also appealed vs plain boric acid as it has the probiotics in it and delivers them straight to where they need to go right away. We are kinda fussy with our lubes and I was not sure how my partner would go, but it passed the test!

So, safe to say, I am VERY satisfied with this bundle and Bawdee products in general. Shipping is swift, the packaging is cool and the products are effective. The only 1 thing I would suggest is putting a different colour lid on the Ease... just to make it obvious that it is NOT to be taken orally. Otherwise, great job Bawdee, love your work!

The mirena sucks but bawdee dont

These are packaged lovely, with fast postage. After having the mirena and hormonal changes, on going thrush . I noticed ease has helped with itching and has helped with relief , and has settled things within a week. I am currently looking at thier other products
