How do I use the Ease Suppositories?

Ease is a vaginal suppository, not an oral tablet. After ensuring your hands are clean, gently insert an Ease capsule using the provided applicator or your finger, pushing it as high up as it will go. Go to bed and within a few hours, the capsule will dissolve and start working its magic. Discharge after treatment is normal, so wear a pad or period undies during and after treatment.
How often should I use Ease?

For effective relief from an active infection like BV or thrush, we recommend treating yourself to one suppository nightly for a maximum of 3 consecutive days or until symptoms cease. Just remember to put intimacy on hold for a while — both intercourse and oral are off the menu during this period and for 24-48 hours after treatment to ensure all traces of boric acid have been flushed from the vagina.
Can I take Ease orally?

Best thing I have done for my vaginal health!!

I was VERY skeptical about this and was certain their marketing was fake but I was so desperate after years of struggling with reoccurring thrush. Now this is a product I will reorder and use for the rest of my life.

I have PCOS with high insulin and a side effect of this is consistent thrush, every single month. Since using this for a few days whenever I feel off, it has basically completely stopped any sort of thrush infection from forming.

And if you do have an active infection, using it twice a day gets rid of it in about 2-3 days, for a fraction of the price of a pharmacy tablet/cream.

These melts are so great, haven't even finished the recommended five day cycle and already feel so much better! I do wish the applicator was better quality, but inserting by hand is just fine for me. I was worried about any sensitivities to this product but I've had zero issues or discomfort! I think I'll keep these in stock
